Yes, you do have to quarantine when travelling to Thailand.
Travelers are subject to 10 days of mandatory self-isolation at home, declared location or location designated by authorities.
You have to self-isolate for the full duration ( 10 days) and it is not possible to end the quarantine early by taking a repeated test.
This information only applies to citizens of Hong Kong arriving from Hong Kong that are not vaccinated, without a recovery certificate and in the last 14 days they did not visit any other countries.
